CDC HeadsUp Concussion Training
This training is required by the United Youth Football League. Follow the link and register an account to take the free 25 minute training. All Football and Cheer coaches are required to complete this training by July 20, 2023. Please forward certificate of completion to admin@qvyfc.org.
Background Clearances
- PA Act 15 Child Abuse Screen (expiration - 5 years). Required by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for any volunteer or employee who works with children. Go to http://www.compass.state.pa.us/cwis . Create an ID and submit an application for Child Abuse clearance. This application will prompt you for a comprehensive list of all addresses and household members that you have lived with since 1975.
- Criminal Background Screening. Upon approval of a coaching application, An email will be sent to the new coach with instructions how to complete the criminal background check through the new background check system.
